You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the goods. Exception: in line with EU consumer law, sealed food and other perishable goods cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Damaged in transit? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it.
