Legal

Terms & conditions

These terms govern every purchase made through this online shop. They are written in plain English; where EU or Slovak consumer law grants you more, the law wins.

1. Who we are

The shop at https://shop.teamday.ai (“Slovak Pantry”) is operated by Teamday s.r.o., Bratislava, Slovakia, registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic (the “Seller”). Contact: shop@teamday.ai. Supervisory authority: Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava.

2. Ordering and contract

Product listings are an invitation to make an offer. By clicking “Pay” or “Place order” you submit a binding order with an obligation to pay. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation. We may decline orders that cannot be fulfilled (for example, a product sold out in the meantime) and will refund any payment already made.

Prices are in euro and include Slovak VAT. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Payment

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal via Stripe, and SEPA bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are reserved for 5 working days and dispatched once payment arrives. Business customers may request payment on invoice for corporate orders.

4. Delivery

We ship to the EU countries listed on our shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when you (or a person you nominated) take physical possession of the goods. If a parcel is lost in transit we will re-send or refund.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day on which you or a third party you named receives the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send us an unambiguous statement (email is fine) — you may use the form below. Return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal; you bear the direct cost of return. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of their return), using the same means of payment you used.

Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to (a) goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, (b) sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed — this covers all opened food, tea, honey and chocolate — and (c) goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, such as boxes with a custom printed card. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are unaffected.

Model withdrawal form

To Teamday s.r.o., Bratislava, Slovakia, shop@teamday.ai:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: ______
Ordered on / received on: ______
Name and address of consumer: ______
Signature (only if on paper) / Date: ______

6. Warranty and faulty goods

Goods must conform to the contract. If something is faulty or not as described you have the statutory remedies under EU Directive 2019/771 and the Slovak Civil Code — repair, replacement, price reduction or refund — for 2 years from delivery (for food, until the best-before date). Report defects to shop@teamday.ai; we usually resolve claims within a few days and always within the 30 days required by law.

7. Food information

Ingredient lists, allergens, best-before dates and the producer’s name and address are printed on each product’s original packaging in Slovak; we provide an English summary on the product page. Please check allergens before consumption. Products are not intended for resale.

8. Personal data

We process your data as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by Slovak law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or an alternative dispute resolution body such as the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI).

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. Last updated: September 2026.
