Lyra's milk chocolate is not the sweet kind: at 42 % cocoa it is what the trade calls a "dark milk", made in Nitra from Colombian Fino de Aroma cocoa — a designation for the fine-flavour beans that make up only about eight per cent of world production. Caramel, toasted milk and a cocoa depth that ordinary milk chocolate never has.
It is the bar we put in the Tatra Premium box and the one that converts people who "don't like dark chocolate". Lyra, founded 2008, is listed by Cocoa Runners (UK) and sold at the National Czech & Slovak Museum shop.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier sunflower lecithin. Cocoa solids 42 % min., milk solids 20 % min. Allergens: milk; may contain nuts, soy, gluten.
