Three Lyra bars in a printed gift sleeve: the fruity Tanzania 72 %, the nutty Peru 70 % and the caramel-rich Fino de Aroma Milk 42 % — a tasting flight through what a Slovak bean-to-bar maker can do with three origins.
Lyra (Nitra, since 2008) roasts, winnows and grinds the beans itself, which is rare enough in Central Europe that the bars have been picked up by Cocoa Runners in London and the National Czech & Slovak Museum in the US. We add a tasting card in Slovak, English and German with suggested pairings (the Tanzania with our acacia honey, the Peru with coffee, the Milk with a Kávenky).

Allergens: milk (Milk 42 %); all bars may contain milk, nuts, soy (shared production). Tanzania and Peru bars are vegan and gluten-free.
