Puojd is the Bratislava design label that turned Slovak folk motifs into things people actually wear — ties, scarves, sweaters and, most famously, socks. Every pair is knitted in Slovakia from combed cotton with a little elastane, and the patterns are drawn by the label's designers from real ornaments.
The Čičmany pair puts the white geometric house ornaments of Čičmany village on a Modra-blue ground, with a contrasting ochre heel and toe. Reinforced heel, flat toe seam, one size 39–42 (a 36–38 and a 43–46 run are on request for team orders).
Socks are the perfect Slovak gift: 80 g, no breakage, no wrong size drama, and a real Slovak brand behind them. They are also the socks in our Tatra Premium box.
Machine wash at 40 °C inside out.
