A pair of Puojd design socks with the silhouette of the High Tatras — Gerlach, Lomnický štít, Kriváň — knitted as a mountain band around the calf, in forest green on natural cream with an ochre heel. Puojd, the Bratislava label known for its folk-motif socks and ties, knits every pair in Slovakia from combed cotton with elastane.
The Tatry pair is the one for the friend who spent every summer of their childhood on the Tatra trails and now lives in Hamburg. Reinforced heel, flat toe seam, one size 39–42 (36–38 and 43–46 on request for team orders).
80 g, unbreakable, and it fits in an envelope alongside a bar of Lyra. Machine wash at 40 °C inside out.
