A Slovak Christmas Eve in one box. On Štedrý večer the meal starts with an oblátka (a thin honey-drizzled Christmas wafer) and a spoon of honey, so this box starts there: a pack of ten traditional wafers from a family wafer bakery, and a 250 g jar of single-origin Slovak acacia honey.
Then the sweet table: six hand-iced medovníky (gingerbread) from an artisan workshop in the Trenčín region, an 80 g bar of Lyra Fino de Aroma chocolate from Nitra, a box of Agrokarpaty Carpathian herbal tea, and — because it is still a Slovak box — two Horalky, a Mila and a Kávenky.
On top, a hand-made corn-husk angel (šúpolie), the ornament that hangs on Slovak trees, and a story card in Slovak, English and German that explains the Christmas Eve customs for anyone celebrating them for the first time.
Pre-orders ship from 20 November; last order date for EU delivery before Christmas is 12 December.
Allergens: gluten (wheat), milk, eggs, peanuts, soy, hazelnuts; honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.
